Op. Dr. Uğurcan Şener was born in 1992 in Samsun. He completed his primary education in the Çarşamba district of Samsun and his high school education at Ordu Science High School. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2016.

In 2017, he began his residency training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital. During this period, he gained extensive experience by actively participating in and performing numerous aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries. He also attended many congresses, workshops, and professional courses.

After completing his specialty training in 2022, he fulfilled his compulsory service at Tunceli State Hospital. During this time, as the only physician in the province, he independently performed thousands of operations for patients from both domestic and international locations. Op. Dr. Uğurcan Şener is a member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD) and the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Society (EPCD). Since May 2024, he has been accepting patients at his own clinic in Konyaaltı, Antalya.
